Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?

We do not accept insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid on eHomeHealthCare.com web store.

 

Shipping

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $25 in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. ** Delivery surcharges apply to rural zip codes.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders placed before 2 pm local time are shipped within 24-48 hours. Some heavy items require freight delivery arrangement which may take additional day or two to ship. They include large mobility scooters, lift chairs and beds.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email when order is shipped with tracking information.

Do you ship to P.O. box address?

We regret that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box address.

 

Returns

 

How can I return my order?

We take our customers satisfaction very seriously. We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We simply ask that when you return an order:

  • it must be unused - no damage, no scratches.
  • it must be in its original packaging along with accessories.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Custom built products are non-returnable. Please read our return policy for more details.

Can I cancel my order?

We work hard to keep our promise to ship your order within 24-48 hrs, therefore, you have only 30 minutes to cancel the order. If you change your mind, give us a call at (717) 781-2025 to cancel an order.

When do I get my refund?

Once the item is received at our distribution center, the order is inspected for any damages. It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
