How do I know my item has shipped?

You will receive an email with a Tracking Number and estimated delivery date. The email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of checkout. Please watch for the email, as it sometimes ends up in the "Spam" or "Junk Mail" inbox.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect Final Sale item, please reach out to our Customer Care department. Provide your order number so Customer Care team member can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.
Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, issued to the original form of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

You will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax when the product(s) is received at our distribution center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
